11 Conditions of VP Bank banking packages General comments All information provided is correct at the time of publication. However, changes may occur at any time. In all other respects the General Terms and Conditions of VP Bank Ltd are applicable. Third-party charges shall generally be passed on to the client. Detailed terms and conditions for the individual products are given and additional services are described in the Accounts and Payment Services brochure. Credit cards The terms and conditions of the card issuer and the General Terms and Conditions of VP Bank Ltd are applicable. An additional check is required for the issue of credit cards. For credit cards in CHF and EUR the monthly card balance must be paid by direct debit. The credit cards referred to in the partner options for VP Bank Comfort and VP Bank Premium are additional cards which may be issued in the name of the main card holder or that of a third person. VP Bank Ltd and the card issuer shall be entitled to block the credit card at any time if the client no longer fulfils the card issue criteria. Termination of the package shall result in termination of the credit card. A switch from one package to another may likewise result in termination of the credit card. Debiting of fees The package fee shall be debited at the beginning of each quarter. If the package is terminated within the first year the fee for the entire year shall be charged. Clients may switch from one package to another at any time. Fees already paid shall not be reimbursed. Extraordinary expenses (e.g. issuance of credit card guarantee, administrative costs in the case of a change of package or manual settlement of the monthly card balance in the case of USD credit cards) shall be debited at cost.
