Straightforward expense management The UBS Business Card Basic helps you simplify your company s expense management. Cash payments or expense advances for employees are now a thing of the past. The flexible billing options allow you to maintain a complete overview of your staff s expenses at all times. More transparency As a business owner, you also benefit from enhanced transparency of your private and business expenses when you use the UBS Business Card Basic in addition to your private credit card. Online portal for companies and cardholders You can view your current expense payments using our credit card online services anytime, anywhere in the world. Individual spending limit You can specify a separate spending limit for each card. Card with or without cash withdrawals Each UBS Business Card Basic has an individual PIN code. You can specify for each individual card whether or not the holder is permitted to withdraw cash. Printing of company name Besides the cardholder s name, you can also have your company name printed on the UBS Business Card Basic, at no extra charge. There are also needs-oriented settlement methods and an attractive bonus system. UBS Cards Online portal for the cardholder The UBS Cards Online portal provides cardholders with a detailed overview of their expense transactions, including any remaining credit, anytime, anywhere. UBS Commercial Cards Online portal for the company The UBS Commercial Cards Online portal allows you to access all credit card transactions executed by your employees, carry out evaluations, check available main account and credit card limits as well as order additional services all this simply and securely using the Access Card and card reader (similar to UBS e-banking). Individual settlement method When it comes to paying your credit card bill, you can choose between a monthly collective statement or individual statements. Collective statement We compile monthly collective statements for your company or for individual registered offices. In this case, the company receives individual statements for each credit card containing detailed transaction data. The company can then settle the collective statement directly. Individual statement If each cardholder in your company claims their expenses internally, we can provide individual invoices for each employee. In this case, the individual employees are responsible for ensuring that their credit card bills are settled in good time. Payment conditions Invoices must be paid within 25 days of the billing date. You decide whether you want to settle the balances due by means of a direct debit (LSV + ) or with a paying-in slip (BESR). Spending bonus system Your company will receive an annual bonus of 70 Swiss francs for every 10,000 francs spent on all cards (up to a maximum of five cards). You can potentially save up to the same amount as your total annual card fees. 5 You can also request additional insurance cover for only 25 francs a year so that you and your employees can enjoy peace of mind when on business trips. Accident insurance when traveling If the cardholder pays for a business trip or hires a vehicle using their UBS Business Card Basic, they will be insured for any accidents that occur while traveling on public transport or using their hired vehicle. The insurance benefits include: in the event of disability or death, up to 300,000 Swiss francs for recovery costs and repatriation, up to 60,000 Swiss francs Delayed journey If your flight is canceled or delayed by a minimum of four hours, we will reimburse the cardholder for any inconvenience incurred up to a maximum of 480 US dollars. Lost luggage Sometimes rail companies, airlines or shipping lines send luggage to the wrong place or even lose it en route. If this happens, the cardholder receives up to 900 US dollars. Lost travel documents Should you mislay your passport, visa or tickets, we will provide you with emergency financial assistance up to a maximum of 1,500 US dollars. Assistance in emergencies Don t worry: our insurance partner knows exactly what to do in an emergency and can give your employees advice over the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and provide a wide range of useful travel information.
