Card with or without cash withdrawals Each UBS Visa Corporate Card has its own PIN. You can specify for each card whether or not the holder is able to use that PIN to withdraw cash. 5 UBS Commercial Cards Online Portal for the company The UBS Commercial Cards Online Portal allows you to access all credit card transactions executed by your employees, carry out evaluations, check available main account and credit card limits as well as order additional services all this simply and securely using the Access Card and the card reader (similar to UBS e-banking). Individual settlement method Every month we will send you clear and detailed invoices. You can decide whether you prefer individual or collective statements. Collective statement We compile monthly collective statements for the company or for individual registered offices. In this case, the company receives individual statements for each credit card containing detailed transaction data. The company can then settle the collective statement directly. Individual statement If each cardholder in your company claims their expenses internally, we can provide individual invoices for each employee. In this case, the individual employees are responsible for ensuring that their credit card bills are settled in good time. Payment terms Invoices must be paid within 25 days of the billing date. You can decide whether you want to settle the balances due by direct debit (LSV + /SWIFT) or using a paying-in slip (BESR/IPI). Foreign currency conversion For transactions involving a currency conversion, the corresponding rate on the day prior to the accounting date will be applied, plus a processing charge of 1%. The UBS sell exchange rate is the basic rate used up to the equivalent of 25,000 Swiss francs. Card account in Swiss francs, euros or US dollars We can also provide card accounts in euros or US dollars. This can be an advantage if your employees often travel to the euro zone or dollar areas (no processing fee will be charged on transactions in euros/us dollars). Spending-bonus system Your company receives an annual bonus. For every 12,000 Swiss francs (7,500 euros/10,000 US dollars) of spending on the card, you will receive 100 Swiss francs (65 euros/85 US dollars), up to a maximum of the total annual card fees paid. 5

6 Safer on the move Benefit from comprehensive insurance cover during business trips with the UBS Visa Corporate Card Comprehensive insurance cover Every cardholder who pays for a trip using the UBS Visa Corporate Card is automatically insured. We will provide immediate help if anything unfortunate happens during the trip 1. Accident insurance when traveling If the cardholder pays for a business trip or rents a vehicle using their UBS Visa Corporate Card, they will be insured for any accidents that occur while traveling on public transportation or using their rented vehicle 2. Delayed travel If a flight is delayed or postponed by at least four hours, we will pay the cardholder compensation up to a maximum of 500 Swiss francs to cover the inconvenience. Lost luggage Rail companies, airlines or shipping lines sometimes send luggage to the wrong place, or even lose it en route. In such a case, we will pay the cardholder compensation up to a maximum of 1,000 Swiss francs to cover the loss and inconvenience. Lost travel documents If cardholders lose their passport, visa or tickets, we will provide immediate financial assistance up to a maximum of 1,000 Swiss francs. Assistance in emergencies Don t worry: In an emergency our insurance partner will know what to do. They can give you and your employees advice over the telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week and provide a wide range of useful travel information. They can also arrange assistance if you get into difficulties whenever and wherever required. Waiver of liability Corporate liability waiver insurance protects your company against any damage caused by employees misusing their cards 3. 1 Overview of insurance benefits: page 13. The benefits listed apply to the Classic Card. 2 The maximum insurance benefits in the event of disability or death are 300,000 Swiss francs, with a maximum of 60,000 Swiss francs for transport and rescue costs. 3 The cover available amounts to up to 25,000 Swiss francs per cardholder per year, and up to a total of 1.65 million Swiss francs for all the cards. 6

7 Shopping smarter The buyer s card with your UBS Visa Corporate Card gives you even more security and transparency Ideal for placing orders via the phone or the Internet You also have the option of ordering UBS Visa buyer s cards for your UBS Visa Corporate Card main account. These can only be used for remote payments, in other words for purchasing goods or services over the telephone, on the Internet, or by correspondence. The buyer s card does not have a PIN, chip, or magnetic strip. This means that it cannot be used for cash withdrawals or to pay for purchases at the point of sale. One card for multiple employees The buyer s card is not personalized but is issued to your company. This means that several authorized employees can make use of one card, for example to make purchases for a particular department. The card number can also be stored by the supplier, making it easier to make repeat purchases. You can then allocate costs to the relevant department or project using the information provided in the invoice. Efficient cost management of projects The buyer s card means that spending can be broken down very accurately and allocated to specific projects which is a prerequisite for efficient cost management and transparency. The consolidated overview of all spending in areas such as meetings, conferences, or other projects makes it much easier to spot potential savings. 7

Travel third-party liability Your employees will benefit from personal liability insurance during their business trips. Damage to property and damage to persons as a result of an accident will be covered up to a maximum of 1 million Swiss francs. Cancellation costs Should an employee urgently need to cancel a business trip, we will assume the resulting costs up to a maximum of 2,000 Swiss francs. Travel and aviation accidents The maximum insurance cover in the event of disability or death is 600,000 Swiss francs, with a maximum cover of 60,000 Swiss francs for transport and rescue costs. Loss of luggage/cash Cover of up to 1,500 Swiss francs will be provided for luggage that is lost or sent to the wrong destination. A maximum of 1,000 Swiss francs will be provided to cover the loss of cash. Exclusive Priority Pass Available on request to complement your UBS Visa Corporate Card Gold, the free Priority Pass grants you access to more than 600 airport lounges across the world. These are an ideal place to relax and enjoy something to eat and drink between flights, or if your flight is delayed. Increase in basic insurance benefits 1 The UBS Business Traveler Plus package provides you with a huge increase in the insurance benefits available through your UBS Visa Corporate Card. The basic insurance cover provided for all the following is increased: travel and aviation accidents, cancellation costs, travel delays, loss or delayed arrival of luggage, loss of cash (theft), loss of documents, costs for lawyer and court (travel) and costs of medical treatment abroad. Car rental benefits With the UBS Business Traveler Plus insurance package there is no need to take out loss damage waiver (LDW) insurance, since you are automatically covered for up to 10,000 Swiss francs per claim. This also applies to your deductible if you damage the rental vehicle once again UBS Business Traveler Plus will take care of the claim, up to a maximum of 10,000 Swiss francs. Europcar Airport Valet Parking Frequent flyers who drive their own car to the airport will particularly appreciate this additional service. Instead of wasting time looking for a parking space, simply park your car in one of the designated spaces when you go to check in and leave your keys at Europcar s valet parking desk. When you return from your trip, just pick up your keys from the same counter. Your car will be waiting for you in a reserved Europcar parking area. The data now available puts you in a stronger negotiating position with your travel partners. Simpler calculations, invoicing and checking processes Use AirPlus to ease the burden on your accounts department and on your staff. The central billing account pools all your payment flows. The transparent invoicing provides you with a company-wide overview of all your travel costs. This saves you time and effort, and takes the strain out of organizing business trips. Save costs with targeted action The detailed breakdowns provide you with key information, which can form the basis for negotiations on company discounts with airlines, for example.
