Supervised the children. Volunteer Experience Child Development and Parenting Consultant to Avery House. o Avery House is a half-way house for mothers who are recovering addicts, who were reuniting or living with their children. Remained at this placement pro bono after funding was cut. 4

5 Volunteered for two years in the Child Life Program at Children's National Medical Center, Washington, D.C. o Four hours per week providing emotional support to children on the In-Patient Oncology/ Hematology, and Bone Marrow Transplant units, both individually and in the child life playrooms Secretary of the Association of Child Development Specialists, Los Angeles: o Participated in the Executive Committee.
