40 Tolworth Tower, Tolworth The 22-storey iconic Tolworth Tower will be upgraded and converted into 108 new homes, 68 serviced apartments and 52,959 sq.ft of prime, refurbished office space, while retaining the existing Marks & Spencer and Travelodge on the site. New buildings will be constructed on the Broadway, delivering 200 new homes, of which a proportion would be affordable housing, and 962 sq.m (10,354 sq.ft) of high quality new retail space along Broadway Road, with significant public realm and car parking improvements.
