4 To walk The urban development project called South axis extends over 14.7 square kilometers. The architectural firm Heller Manus Architects put on walking to counter the dominance of road traffic in the city. New pedestrian routes will be created to facilitate the movement of people. 9 Lingnan culture and low buildings Lingnan culture is a tradition in the Guangzhou region. It places people at the heart of nature. The shores of Lake Haizhu, the center of the plan, will be redeveloped with traditional Chinese gardens and contemporary gardens.
