In- Tuitin are usually able t assist with all Zimbra installatins whether they are private hsted in yur wn facilities r publically hsted. 01 Zimbra Evaluatin Supprt CludStre Service ID: 5.G This service is fr rganisatins wh have made the decisin t purchase an & Cllabratin slutin and need help t evaluate Zimbra. In- Tuitin will create up t 10 Zimbra trial mailbxes, prvide a cmprehensive demnstratin, explain Clud pricing and prvide n- ging supprt fr up t 30 days during the trial. 02 Zimbra Prject Scping CludStre Service ID: 5.G This service is fr rganisatins wh wish t understand what s invlved in deplying Zimbra & Cllabratin s that they can evaluate the ttal prject cst and impact. As well as helping yu understand hw many mailbxes and ther service attributes yu ll require, In- Tuitin will help yu identify all key prject elements in the fllwing areas: hw yur users will access the service; cnnectivity and any requirements fr secure links; migratin; service deplyment; integratin and custmisatin; and training. 4 03 Zimbra Deplyment Planning CludStre Service ID: 5.G This service is fr rganisatins wh need a plan and specificatin cvering Zimbra service prvisining, migratin, service activatin and user training. In- Tuitin will create an utline plan and specificatins cvering all f the Key Elements which wuld be invlved in a Zimbra deplyment fr yur rganisatin. 04 Zimbra Pre- Prvisining Infrmatin Cllatin & Migratin Preparatin CludStre Service ID: 5.G This service is fr rganisatins wh have decided n Zimbra Cllabratin Server and require help cllating the infrmatin needed t set- up the service. In- Tuitin will, where pssible, extract electrnically the infrmatin specified using ff the shelf sftware tls r if nne are available we will develp custm scripts if nne f this is pssible we will prvide instructins detailing hw t generate the required infrmatin manually. 05 Zimbra Prvisining CludStre Service ID: 5.G This service is fr rganisatins wh have an peratinal Zimbra Cllabratin Server (r have cntracted with a Zimbra Clud Prvider) and require the mailbxes t be prvisined and the service cnfigured. In- Tuitin will imprt the mailbxes, aliases and distributin lists alng with any ther mailbx meta data. 06 Zimbra Migratin CludStre Service ID: 5.G This service is fr rganisatins wh have set- up and cnfigured their Zimbra & Cllabratin Service and need t migrate data int the already created mailbxes. In- Tuitin will cnduct the migratin accrding t a pre- defined plan prvided by the rganisatin. 07 Zimbra Service Deplyment and Activatin CludStre Service ID: 5.G This service is fr rganisatins wh have cnfigured their Zimbra & Cllabratin Service, migrated any data and are ready t active the service. In- Tuitin will carry ut the service activatin and deplyment accrding t the plan prvided by the rganisatin. 08 Zimbra Custmisatin & Integratin CludStre Service ID: 5.G This service is fr rganizatins wh require Zimbra integrated with existing applicatins r custmised t suit branding, wrkflw r ther requirements. Zimlet develpment services are als pssible. In- Tuitin will specify, execute and implement the required custmisatin r integratin. 09 Zimbra Training CludStre Service ID: 5.G In- Tuitin are Zimbra Certified Training Partners, able t ffer the full range f Zimbra training curses bth n- site at yur ffice, frm ur preferred training lcatin in Eustn, Lndn r electrnically via WebEx. As f April 2014, the Zimbra curses are 3 day Zimbra Advanced Administratin; half day Zimbra Web Client fr Helpdesk Agents; half day Messaging Clients fr Helpdesk Agents f Zimbra Cllabratin Suite (ZCS). 10 Zimbra System Administratr Supprt CludStre Service ID: 5.G This service prvides technical system administratr supprt fr an already established Zimbra platfrm. The service can be used fr many things relating t the technical peratin f Zimbra Cllabratin Server. The purpse f this service is t prvide prfessinal, hands n Zimbra expertise t augment yur in- huse technical team. It can als be used in lieu f any in- huse staff, such that the services prvides yur sle Zimbra administratin functin. 11 Zimbra Server Installatin Service CludStre Service ID: 5.G Zimbra server installatin service. In- Tuitin are able t carry ut installatin f Zimbra Cllabratin Server (ZCS) nt ne r mre servers accrding t yur requirements. The service is ideal if yu wish t hst ZCS privately, either in yur wn ffice, r n a Clud IaaS prvider and d nt have the in- huse expertise t carry ut the installatin yurself. 12 Zimbra Prfessinal Services CludStre Service ID: 5.G In- Tuitin s Zimbra prfessinal services are deigned t cver situatins where the ther services ffered abve d nt ffer the required flexibility and a pure cnsultancy apprach is required. 6 04 Zimbra Pre- Prvisining Infrmatin Cllatin & Migratin Preparatin CludStre Service ID: 5.G The charge fr this service depends n the number f mailbxes and whether the data can be extracted using standard tls: If the number f users is less than 1,000 and we are able t easily extract the data using standard tls which yu supply, ur charge will be 650 t deliver this service remtely. If the number f users is greater than 1,000 and we are nt able t easily extract the data using standard tls which yu supply, r yu require us t develp custm scripts t perfrm a later migratin, ur charge will be based n ur daily rate please refer t ur SFIA rate card fr further details. Yu are respnsible fr crrectly licencing any sftware tls and ur prices d nt include third party sftware licences. If we prvide custm scripts, we will prvide a licence fr yu t use such scripts fr the purpses f this prject nly. 05 Zimbra Prvisining CludStre Service ID: 5.G Assuming that the target Zimbra server supprts electrnic imprt f all f the data t be prvisined and In- Tuitin are able t use their wn tls fr imprting the data, then the prices are based n the fllwing numbers f mailbxes: < 500 mailbxes, up t 100 distributin lists and 5 central shares with uncmplicated sharing plicy. 500 delivered remtely mailbxes, up t 100 distributin lists and 10 centralised shares with uncmplicated sharing plicy: 650 delivered remtely mailbxes, up t 150 distributin lists and 15 centralised shares with uncmplicated sharing plicy: 850 delivered remtely mailbxes, up t 200 distributin lists and 25 centralised shares with uncmplicated sharing plicy: 1250 delivered remtely 5000 > mailbxes r cmplex sharing requirements and/r delegated rle creatin: ur charge will be based n ur daily rate please refer t ur SFIA rate card fr further details. In- Tuitin are able t prvide manual data entry prvisining services, but bviusly this is much mre cstly and wuld be subject t daily rates. 06 Zimbra Migratin CludStre Service ID: 5.G Assuming that the target Zimbra server supprts electrnic imprt f all f the data t be migrated and the data t be migrated is standard mailbx data requiring a single electrnic migratin pass, then the prices are based n the fllwing numbers f mailbxes: < 100 mailbxes, single pass. 500 delivered remtely mailbxes, single pass: 5.00 per mailbx delivered remtely mailbxes, single pass: 4.00 per mailbx delivered remtely mailbxes, single pass: 3.00 per mailbx delivered remtely 5000 > mailbxes, single pass: 2.50 per mailbx delivered remtely Fr mre cmplex r multipass migratins, we will agree a rate based n the abve. 7 07 Zimbra Service Deplyment and Activatin CludStre Service ID: 5.G There are many ways in which access t a Zimbra service may be deplyed as well as bth simple and cmplicated activatin prcedures. Fr instance if there are a large number f users, the plans may call fr a staged migratin f users nt the service this wuld be mre cmplicated than if all users were activated at nce. As such is it very difficult t quantify all scenaris in advance. Users will access Zimbra by Webmail nly, n mbile device r desktp device cnfiguratin required, scheduled activatin fr all users at the same time: mailbxes flat fee mailbxes per mailbx mailbxes per mailbx 5000 > mailbxes per mailbx Users will access Zimbra by Webmail and Zimbra Cnnectr fr Outlk, n mbile device cnfiguratin required, scheduled activatin fr all users at the same time. Assumes rganisatin has autmated sftware deplyment facilities (fr distributing the Zimbra Cnnectr fr Outlk) r that the users will self install and cnfigure: mailbxes flat fee mailbxes per mailbx mailbxes per mailbx 5000 > mailbxes per mailbx Users will access Zimbra by Webmail, Zimbra Cnnectr fr Outlk and mbile device (Active Sync), scheduled activatin fr all users at the same time. 8 09 Zimbra Training CludStre Service ID: 5.G The fllwing prices are fr scheduled training at ur preferred training facility Eustn Huse, Kings Crss, Lndn: 3 day Zimbra Advanced System Administratr Training 1,400 per persn including refreshments and buffet style lunch based n a minimum f 8 attendees. The fllwing prices are fr curses delivered via WebEx: 3 day Zimbra Advanced System Administratr Training: 1,100 per persn based n a minimum f 8 attendees Half day Zimbra Web Client fr Helpdesk Agents: 450 per persn based n a minimum f 8 attendees Half day Messaging Clients fr Helpdesk Agents f Zimbra: 450 per persn based n a minimum f 8 attendees Fr curses at yur ffice, we will charge the same rate as fr WebEx delivered curses, plus a fixed price charge f 1, Zimbra System Administratr Supprt CludStre Service ID: 5.G The pricing is fr remte based supprt nly. The minimum service fee is 1,250 which cvers up t 8 hurs supprt and is valid fr 12 mnths. Supprt time spent will be recrded runded t the nearest half an hur. Additinal blcks f supprt time can be purchased at a rate f 850 per 8 hurs. A 10% discunt is ffered fr advanced purchases f 80 hurs r mre. Supprt is delivered using in- Tuitin s Standard Supprt SLA. In- Tuitin are intending t develp an Enhanced Supprt SLA which will be ffered at a premium rate. 11 Zimbra Server Installatin Service CludStre Service ID: 5.G In- Tuitin will charge 750 per server if perfrmed remtely. Per server means a unique instance f an perating system. Prices include installatin charge nly the custmer is respnsible fr all sftware licencing.
