18 Terms & Conditions Enrollment into the Mobilink One Program is performed at request of the customer and is not automatic. However, point accumulation is automatic from date of activation of your Mobilink Business account Cards are valid for a period of 3 years. Card renewals will be automatic Rewards points are valid for a period of 2 years and will automatically expire on completion of this period Points will be redeemable in the manner set out in this booklet and on the program webpage: Points redeemed/expired during a particular billing month will be shown in the account s next bill/invoice statement An account blocked for a period of 3 months will not be awarded points. The previous accumulated balance will also stand forfeited Mobilink reserves the right to cancel a membership or Mobilink One card at any time should it be deemed necessary. 14

19 FAQs 1) Where do I get additional information on Mobilink One redemption Partners? You can visit: ne/partners/ for additional details of Mobilink One Redemption Partners. 2) What is the validity of the card? Your card remains valid for a period of 3 years 3) Is there a maximum or minimum amount that can be redeemed? There is no maximum or minimum redemption amount required to be able to make purchases on your card. 4) When will my reward points expire? Reward points accumulated on your card will expire in 2 years from the point of generation. 5) Can I have a supplementary Card? Mobilink One card is only issued to a company therefore we do not offer supplementary cards. 15

20 16 6) Can I manage my card online? You can manage the card through our member s portal. 7) Who do I if I have queries? Please at: OneTeam@mobilink.com 8) How does my Mobilink One gain points? For every PKR generated on your Mobilink Business bill against all subscriptions, you gain 1 point, redemption value of which is PKR 0.50 (where redemption is possible against purchase under the program). 9) Can the Mobilink One Card be used by other personnel in the company? Yes, the card can be shared within the company. However, every activity will be communicated to the cardholder via SMS. 10) Will the international helpline work in every country where the program has partners? The number will work in every country abroad. However, the number is a UAE number and is not toll free (calling charges will apply).

21 11) Can I see Mobilink One reward points summary on the monthly bill? Yes, point summary will be available on the monthly bill. 12) Can I pay a part of my bill if my reward point balance is in sufficient? No, partial redemption will not be entertained. 13) Can I top up the Emaar gift card or Seef Mall gift card? No, Gift cards are for one time use only. 14) If I return a purchase, will I get the points back? No, you cannot get points back. Otherwise, returns will be subject to merchants return policy. 17
