2 Supported Browsers: - Internet Explorer 7 or higher - Chrome - Safari - Firefox Deployment Options: In order to support SIP/H.323 end-points and desktop/mobile clients in the same configuration, Zeenov Agora offers two types of Server/MCU configurations: 1. Server architecture based on Zeenov Agora H.323 SIP server. This is our Software MCU that will let clients mix video streams from traditional video endpoints and video streams from desktop/mobile clients. The deployment architecture is shown in Fig The second deployment option is to go with your existing hardware MCU as shown in Fig. 4. This option is offered so that you can utilize the existing infrastructure as long as the investments you have made so far in the hardware MCU gives you enough client access licenses. We recommend Option 1 because of the performance and cost advantages. 2

3 Integration Options: We provide integration options to our clients to integrate Zeenov Agora with your existing CRM, Social media, Outlook, LDAP etc application. You can provide single sign-on experience to your end users by utilizing our integration options. UI Customization Options: Zeenov Agora UI is highly customizable. This allows the client to create a unique UI that will conform to your branding requirements. You can customize the services that are offered to the end user like the number of videos or desktop shares in a meeting, ability to do desktop share and application share, ability to do remote desktop control etc. You can also do language localization that will allow the end user to experience the meeting in the local language that the user is comfortable in.
