Additional special assignments have included an investigation/prosecution of a $1.3+ million public money school fraud case, resulting in a guilty plea by the CEO; and, a successful 3-1/2 year joint prosecution, with the United States Attorney s Office, of a Racketeering Conspiracy/Homicide trial, involving the Colombo Crime Family, in which the principal received a sentence of life plus 20 years. Faculty member of the Attorney General s Trial Advocacy Institute, which provides

2 advanced and basic NITA format trial advocacy skills training, to Deputy Attorneys General (criminal and civil) and Assistant County Prosecutors. Other assignments included a threat to a Judge investigation/prosecution, other public corruption matters, etc. Assistant Middlesex County Prosecutor (1989 to 1999) having served in the capacity of Trial Team Leader/Supervisor, litigating jury trials in the Superior Court-Law Division (Criminal), motion practice, plea negotiations, emergent appeals, supervision of other attorneys.
