Our twenty one year-old twins attend the University of Connecticut and The George Washington University on Athletic and Academic scholarships. Dr. Kenney received her doctorate in Public Health from UCLA. She served as project director for California Prop. 99 Tobacco Control Program Evaluation and Director for Minority Recruitment for the UCSD Women s Health Initiative. She also served as a consultant for the George Washington University Medical Center, monitoring the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation s national antitobacco initiative. She is a competitive athlete, having finished ten marathons; numerous half-marathons, triathlons and rough water swim competitions. My personal interests surround the rail and transportation industry. Personal 5

6 recreational activities include reading, coaching softball, running and fitness. My last finish in the Rock & Roll Marathon was my eighteenth marathon finish. I have completed more than 100 half-marathons. 6
