3 About Us Kumar & Joseph is a leading, regional professional services firm in India with its head office in Cherthala and branches at Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. We provide public and private businesses and individuals (domestic and international) with a wide range of auditing, accounting, tax, advisory and outsourcing services. The origin of Kumar and Joseph dates back to 1982 when the firm was founded by two partners M.H Kumar and Joseph Mathew. The firm has a long history of providing attentive and responsive client service. 4 Our People 1. M.H. Kumar, FCA Senior Partner M.H Kumar, one of the founder partners has more than 35 years of experience in almost every facet of the accounting, auditing and consulting profession. He is an ardent finance professional who is well versed in tax laws, commercial laws, company law, accounting and auditing standards, management consultancy etc. and provides services to the wide spectrum of clientele of the firm. M.H Kumar is a Chartered Accountant and participates in a number of professional and social organizations. 2. Joseph Mathew, FCA Joseph Mathew, one of the founder partners has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing, risk management and consulting profession. He is well versed in Tax Laws, Company Law, Accounting and Auditing Standards and Management Consultancy. Joseph Mathew is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. 3. Krishna Kumar A, FCA, DISA (ICAI) Krishna is a partner in the firm and has more than 14 years of professional experience in public accounting as well as with one of the big 4 accounting firms. He has solid experience in Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Financial Management, Taxation etc., He is well versed in providing services comprising of Financial Analysis, Company Law, Accounting and Auditing Standards etc.,. He is also a certificate holder on Valuation conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to commencing of practice he was leading a team of Valuation Professionals in a big 4 accounting firm and at his tenure there he gained hands on experience in Valuation and Business Modeling (V&BM), Feasibility analysis and Project Report preparation. 4. Anand Kumar H, ACA, CISA Anand is a partner in the firm and has more than 14 years of professional experience in public accounting as well as with one of the big 4 accounting firms. He specializes in management consulting and outsourcing and leads these divisions of the firm. During his tenure with the big 4 accounting firm, he led cross functional teams across geographies on various outsourcing and management consulting projects. He was based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and Hong Kong for a major part of his tenure with the Big 4 accounting firm. He is a chartered accountant and also a certified information systems auditor. Anand holds certifications in IFRS (ACCA, UK) and in SAP Financial Accounting (SAP AG, Germany).

5 5.Anu Jose, ACA Anu is a partner in the firm and has more than 10 years of experience in public accounting and consulting. She specializes in International taxation having worked on International tax planning and supply chain models for 6 years in one of the Big 4 accounting firms. Anu is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Anu is also IFRS certified from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
