A witness confirmed an unknown vehicle struck the complainants vehicle and caused damage to the rear bumper. Security responded to a report that a community member attempted to enter the building after he was banned for acting in a disorderly manner on several previous occasions /14/ :04 PM VARI HALL Sudden Illness experiencing abdominal pain and breathing difficulties. EMS /14/2014 PARKING GARAGE - 04:21 PM YORK LANES (PS1) /14/2014 CENTRE OF 07:35 PM EXCELLENCE Information General Complaint\Concern Existing Medical Condition Security responded to a report of a dispute between two individuals in the parking garage. The individuals involved were identified as community members. They declined assistance and left the area. experiencing a seizure. EMS transported the individuals to hospital /15/2014 WOOD RESIDENCE Mischief, Under $5000 University Property Complainant reported the lock on the 12:00 AM main entrance door had been tampered with /15/ :57 AM WOOD RESIDENCE Sudden Illness experiencing chest pain. A female community member reported she confronted an unknown male who had been following her. The male was identified and cautioned. community member experiencing vision loss. EMS transported the individual to hospital for further medical care. Security responded to a report that a community member sustained a dislocated shoulder. An Athletics therapist treated the individual on scene. Further medical care was declined /16/ :32 PM PASSY RESIDENCE Injury with a thermal burn after she spilled hot coffee on herself /16/ :41 PM SCOTT LIBRARY Disturbance, Causing Common Nuisance Security responded to a report of a male acting in a disruptive manner on the third floor. The male was located and identified as a noncommunity member. He was escorted off campus /16/2014 PARKING LOT LL - 08:22 PM VANIER VISITORS Damage Private Property Security responded to a report of flooding in the lot due to heavy rain. EMS /17/2014 VARI HALL Demonstration\Protest Unauthorized Event An group of individuals disrupted a 12:08 PM sanctioned tabeling event in the Vari Hall Rotunda /17/2014 IAN MACDONALD 02:32 PM BLVD Assault Common Security and Toronto Police responded to a report that a community member was assaulted by a former boyfriend. No injuries were reported /17/ :46 PM SCOTT LIBRARY Sudden Illness report that a community member experienced symptoms of a seizure after learning of a family emergency. EMS assessed the community member on scene. Further medical care was declined /17/2014 PARKING LOT 9 - THE 04:54 PM POND ROAD RESERVED Slip\Trip\Fall /17/2014 BETHUNE COLLEGE Fire Alarm Unintentional 05:09 PM Activation A community member reported via telephone that while walking on a dirt pathway near lot 9, she stepped into a hole and fell. Injuries were reported. Medical care was declined. Security and Toronto Fire responded to a fire alarm. The cause of the alarm was determined to be a smoke detector activation due to the use of a fog machine /17/ :30 PM LUMBERS BUILDING Injury Security responded to a report of a community member with a lacerated finger. First aid was provided on scene. Further medical care was declined /17/2014 TECHNOLOGY 08:40 PM ENHANCED LEARNING BUILDING /17/2014 TATHAM HALL 11:34 PM RESIDENCE Sudden Illness Sudden Illness who became ill after consuming an excessive quantity of alcohol EMS Security, Toronto Police and EMS responded to a report that a community member was ill after consuming an excessive quantity of alcohol. 4 /18/2014 WOOD RESIDENCE Information Health & Safety 02:05 PM Concern Security conducted a wellness check on a resident after a family member expressed a concern for the individuals wellbeing. All was reported to be in order /18/ :15 PM CAMPUS WALK Robbery With a Weapon Security and Toronto Police responded to a report of three separate, but apparently related incidents that occurred between 7:15 p.m. and 7:40 p.m. In the first incident, at approximately 7:15 p.m., a student reported being approached by two male suspects south of the Petrie Science and Engineering Building, who threatened him. No property was taken and no injuries were reported. In the second incident, at approximately 7:30 p.m., a student reported being approached by two male suspects on the west side of the Steacie Science and Engineering Library and was asked what time it was. The student reported that five male suspects then approached him from behind. At this point two hand guns were produced. No apparent demands were made, no property was taken, and no injuries were reported. In the third incident, at approximately 7:38 p.m., a student reported that 5 or 6 male suspects approached him in the area of the stairs of the Chemistry Building, with one suspect producing a hand gun. The victim s cellular phone was demanded and the suspects searched his pockets, taking his cell phone. No injuries were reported /18/2014 SCOTT LIBRARY Theft, Under $5000 Private Property Complainant reported the theft of a 09:08 PM cellular phone left unattended on the third floor /18/2014 ASSINIBOINE ROAD Suspicious Persons Subject not 10:14 PM Identified A community member reported being approached by two unknown males in a vehicle while walking at Sentinel Road and Assiniboine Road. The driver of the vehicle attempted to engage the complainant in unwanted conversation. Descriptions of the vehicle and the occupants were obtained /19/ :46 PM GLENDON HALL Break & Enter University Property Security responded to a report that two individuals were found in a secure area without authorization. The content of the area had been tampered with and left in disarray. It was not determined at the time of the report if anything had been stolen /19/ :04 PM WINTERS COLLEGE Sudden Illness report that a community member was experiencing a headache after hitting her head the previous day. Further medical care was declined /19/2014 LIFE SCIENCES 06:18 PM BUILDING Suspicious Persons Subject not Identified A community member reported a group of male youths were encountered on the second floor.
