5 Our Heritage The name Acrow has been active in the Australian construction industry since 1950 and its heritage dates back to 1936, when the company was first launched in the United Kingdom. Acrow Formwork & Scaffolding Pty Ltd is a privately owned company. Formerly Boral Formwork & Scaffolding, in 2010 the organisation was rebranded as Acrow Formwork and Scaffolding Pty Ltd (Acrow). The decision to rebrand back to the grass roots of the organisation reflects our determination to be leaders in delivering impeccable service and providing access and safety solutions that are synonymous with the Acrow brand.

With dedicated Formwork branches in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, Acrow Formwork has a strong team of industry professional staff, led by a highly experienced and committed management team focused on delivering results. We also have dual formwork and scaffolding branches in Adelaide, Hobart and Launceston. Acrow Scaffolding Acrow Scaffolding is one of Australia s leading suppliers of access scaffolding systems including Cuplok, Surelock and Acrowskaf. We provide an efficient and safe installation and dismantle service for our clients via our team of highly experienced project managers and comprehensive network of scaffolders. We operate from 16 different locations around the country giving us full local coverage for many markets, supported by a national engineering and safety management team. Acrow offers full scaffold packages including design, certification, hire, installation and transport. We also sell a range of scaffolding products to the scaffolding industry. Acrow Industrial & Mining Scaffolding Acrow Industrial & Mining Scaffolding is a division of our business focused solely on the industrial and mining sectors. It has a high level of expertise in customised scaffolding and a clear understanding of the stringent OH&S requirements necessary in this sector. We have industrial business units in Central Queensland, Newcastle/Hunter Region and Western Australia as well as fly-in, fly-out experience to service other areas both within and outside Australia. We operate a range of heavy duty and lightweight scaffolding systems in order to provide the safest and most efficient solutions to meet individual customer needs. We employ the finest industrial managers and scaffolders in each local region to provide the best service we can and then support the local teams with national engineering and safety resources to ensure best practice procedures are driven across our business.
